    About reservations and usage

  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in is from 15:00 to 20:00, and check-out is until 10:00.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    If the cancellation is due to the customers' convenience, fees apply based on the following conditions:
    30 days prior: 50%
    7 days prior: 100%
  • Is there a shuttle service?
    We offer a shuttle service from Shinmi Station.
    Please inquire for details.
  • What are the payment methods?
    We accept payment on-site via cash, credit card, and various QR code payments.
  • Is it possible to stay with pets?
    We have only one room available for guests with dogs. Please select the 'Dog Tent' option on the booking page when making a reservation.
  • Are there any precautions to be aware of when staying with pets?
    Please present proof of rabies vaccination and vaccination certificates for your beloved dog(s) at check-in.
  • Regarding pet accommodation
    There is no limit on the number of dogs allowed, but we provide amenities assuming one dog per room.

  • Do you have air conditioning?
    Each room is equipped with air conditioning.
  • What facilities and amenities are available in each room?
    We provide a refrigerator, air conditioning, microwave, electric kettle, kitchen knife and cutting board, cutlery set (forks, spoons, knives), chopsticks, tableware, mugs, hand soap, alcohol disinfectant, kitchen paper, insecticide, insect repellent spray, and mosquito coils
  • What amenities are available in each room?
    At the hot spring facility, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toothbrushes, makeup remover, facial cleanser, toner, lotion, razors, and hair ties.
  • Is BBQ or dining possible even if it rains?
    Each dining area is built indoors, so you can enjoy BBQ even in bad weather with peace of mind.
  • Are showers and toilets available?
    Showers are available at the adjacent 'Niimi Chiya Onsen Ibuki no Sato'.
    Each cabin has its own individual toilet.

  • Is it possible to bring in food and drinks?
    Yes, bringing in food and drinks is allowed. Feel free to bring your own and enjoy your original glamping experience.
  • Can cooking utensils such as BBQ grills or gas stoves be brought in?
    For safety reasons, bringing in fire-related items is prohibited.
    If you plan to BBQ with our self-catering plan, please be sure to rent a BBQ grill (fee: 5,000 yen) from the reservation page.
  • Is it possible to order only dinner or breakfast?
    Yes, it is possible. When booking the room-only plan, you can choose to have only dinner or breakfast according to your preference.
  • What kind of BBQ grill is available?
    We provide an easy-to-use authentic gas BBQ grill (with a griddle, heat-resistant gloves, and tongs) that is easy to ignite and extinguish. No preparation of charcoal is necessary, making it easy for first-time users.
    ■ Rental fee is 5,000 yen.
    ■ For meal-inclusive plans, the rental fee is included in the accommodation fee.
  • Others

  • Can we have a bonfire?
    Yes, we offer a bonfire set (bonfire stand, one bundle of firewood, firelighters, tongs, gloves, fire scissors) for a fee of 1,600 yen, which can be enjoyed on the deck space of each cabin.
    Please contact the front desk if you are interested.
    ■ For safety reasons, bringing in bonfire equipment or firewood is prohibited.
    ■ Please note that bonfires are only available until 9:00 PM.
  • Are fireworks allowed?
    Hand-held fireworks are allowed only in the parking area. We provide fire extinguishing buckets at the management building, so please inform the front desk before use.
